Plans are simpler. Free covers small teams forever. Pro adds AI insights and webhooks. Business adds SSO-readiness and configurable retention. Enterprise stays Contact, with SAML/SCIM and self-host.

Invites now resolve to a public, brand-aware preview page. Recipients see what they're being invited to, by whom, and to which role — before they ever hit the login screen.
