1. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Don't share API keys with people who shouldn't have them.
2. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no abuse of the service or other users, no attempts to break security controls. Be a good citizen of the internet.
3. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid plans. Free plan is best-effort. Status and incidents are public.
4. Payment and refunds
Plans are billed monthly or annually. 30-day refund window, no questions asked. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
5. Termination
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate for violations of these terms, with notice when possible.
6. Liability
BuildFlow is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Don't bet a spacecraft on it.
